François Logerot

SIA Professor of Geography

François Logerot is a distinguished French magistrate with a long and respected career in public service.

A laureate of the concours Général in Geography (1952), he later graduated from France’s elite École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and went on to join the French Court of Auditors (Cour des Comptes), one of the Republic’s highest financial oversight institutions.

Throughout his career, he held numerous senior positions within the Court. From 1979 to 1982, he served as Deputy Secretary-General, and from 1982 to 1987, as Secretary-General. He was later appointed Deputy General Rapporteur, then General Rapporteur of the Committee on the Public Report and Programs, before becoming President of the First Chamber (1997–2001).

Grégory Brouck

Grégory Brouck is clearly passionate about financial market analysis, and in recent years he has specialized in cryptocurrencies.

A graduate of ESG Finance University in Paris (2004), he later moved to Montreal, Canada, where he applied his education and expertise at a prestigious financial institution specializing in technical analysis. Like many traders, he was swept up by the 2008 financial crisis.

Confident in his skills and experience, he went on to invest in several start-ups and began trading financial markets on his own, with great success — something he continues to do.

Today, in addition, he works as a consultant for several Wall Street financial institutions.

Jean Raoul-Duval

Jean Raoul-Duval is an accomplished finance professional with extensive expertise in portfolio management and investment analysis.

He graduated from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris (2005) and holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, awarded by the CFA Institute — widely regarded as one of the most respected credentials in global finance.

Both The New York Times and The Financial Times have described the CFA as “the toughest exam on Wall Street.”

Today, Jean Raoul-Duval serves as Co-Manager of the Plowaka MultiManagers Fund at La Financière Arbevel in Paris, where he oversees multi-manager investment strategies and contributes to the firm’s commitment to delivering long-term value for its clients.

After graduating from Duke University in the USA in 2010 and La Sorbonne in Paris shortly after, Paola decided to create a start-up aimed at giving access to the banking system to the population of Latin America, her home region.

The venture was an immediate success, and she decided to sell it — she wasn’t even 30 years old. Today, the company still exists and has become the leading player in that region.

Afterwards, she moved to Switzerland, where she currently works freelance in financial consulting for companies.

Rachel Marusak is an accomplished communications and philanthropy professional with international experience across the United States, France, and Switzerland.

She holds degrees from Villanova University (USA, 2005) and the CUEJ – Centre Universitaire d’enseignement du Journalisme (France, 2008).

Driven by a deep passion for journalism and social impact, Rachel began her career working with several media organizations before relocating to Switzerland, where she joined Hoffmann-La Roche AG, the world’s second-largest pharmaceutical company.

Today, she leads the company’s Donations & Philanthropy Department, where she helps deliver life-changing support to millions of people worldwide.

Dr. Romain Micol is a highly driven leader in the vaccine and biotechnology industry, known for his scientific expertise and entrepreneurial vision.

He holds degrees from some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris), Hult International Business School (USA), the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the MIT Sloan School of Management, the University of Geneva, and Paris Dauphine University.

Thierry Hermann

Thierry Hermann is a seasoned entrepreneur and industrialist with a distinguished career in the global medical technologies sector. After graduating from ESSEC Business School in Paris, he joined his father’s small medical supply company, Fournitures Hospitalières, in 1964 as a sales representative for orthopaedic products.

Demonstrating remarkable leadership and vision, Thierry quickly rose through the ranks to become Chief Executive Officer. Under his direction, the company evolved from a regional supplier into an international leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of orthopedic implants, known today as FH Orthopedics.

Following decades of growth and innovation, Thierry successfully guided the company through its acquisition by the Japanese group Olympus, which continues to expand its orthopedic activities globally. Thierry remains actively involved as a member of the board of directors, contributing his strategic insight and industry expertise.
